Justin and Ana came out to our house and took care of my plumbing issue. They were professional, efficient and friendly. They cleaned up after themselves and left no mess behind. I enjoyed getting to chat with them both while they worked. I will call them for all my plumbing needs.

Showed up on time, found the leaks, told me what was wrong, gave me a quote, fixed the problems. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Overall I felt like we got a lot of quality work done for a fair & reasonable price, in a very limited time window (before the in-laws moved in). They were both very polite and respectful in listening to ask and understanding our needs. With Justin's experience and expertise he spotted an oversight with our plans and suggested simple changes that would leave us happier in the long run.

Justin changed out all my sink faucets, replaced a shower head, replaced a Roman tub faucet and installed a new ADA toilet. He did a wonderful job and was 100% professional. I will call Tortuga Plumbing for all my issues going forward. Great company.

We used Tortuga to replace exterior wall hydrant. Justin completed the work and we consulted him for few other plumbing issues and work. He patiently answered our questions and also fixed one of the faucets that was not working.

He was professional and give us the estimate and we arranged with him to fix the problem. It required him to work on Sunday. But the prices was competitive and he was professional. I will gladly use Tortuga again thank you for all you did for us.
